The Time Is Now

I have nothing to gain
If I've already won.
So if ahead
Lies prosperity,
I will thank the Son, 
For all He has done. 
It is finished. 

If ahead
Lies sorrow,
Devastation,
Or pain,
Then in my weeping
I will thank the Son,
For all Has been won.
It is finished. 

For the Truth was sown
The Word
Became flesh,
And the reaping 
Was my soul. 

And that Truth,
It still flowers,
Still fruits,
Still groans,
As it’s sown 
And sown 
And sown anew.
Jesus Christ,
Now in me,
Now in you,
The Lord of the Harvest,
Brings us alongside
To grow with Him. 
To sow with Him. 
To be workers
In His field.

For humanity’s good,
For God’s glory. 
Pick up your plow,
Co-laborers in Christ,
The harvest is ready,
The time is now.
